Welcome the Year of the Dragon with Trinity's Singing Bowl Meditation.  Trinity utilizes the pure tones and frequencies of bowls, chimes, and tuning forks to guide the body to a deeper state of calm. Feel the relaxation as specific frequencies relax and heal the body, mind, and spirit.
