Pelvic Floor  Yoga Therapy with Liv

A class dedicated to those seeking to connect with their feminine energy. We will explore various ways to connect intimately with the body through tantric and hatha yoga. This is a safe space to learn to connect with your body gently while reclaiming your power. Welcome to all regardless of age or gender. 
Pain, Laxity, Decreased Libido and Sensation, Incontinence, Post-partum Vaginal Recovery, and All Other Pelvic Floor Conditions are addressed in this yoga series.  We focus on toning, lifting, and relaxing in order to initiate proper position and function of the associated structures and musculature.  Potential and probable side effects are a toned tummy and tight glutes...

Beginner's Yoga and Stress Relief                                 with Veronica

Cultivate mindfulness and strength, develop core stability, release stress, and finish with a deeply relaxing and fully supported restorative stretch.

Get up and moving with this fun energizing class designed to awaken your mind, body, and soul. Deepen your practice by linking the breath with a powerful flow that will push your body in a safe and supportive way. Liv's class will leave you feeling motivated and ready for new challenges ahead.

Wednesdays at 1:30 PM

Gentle Yoga  with Laura

Laura will guide you through smooth, gentle yoga movements that will stretch and increase flexibility while relaxing and calming the mind and body.  No prior experience is required - Just a yoga mat!

Fridays at 6:00 AM  with Liv


This class welcomes all early birds (and those of us trying) to start your day by dedicating time to your body at a gentle pace. Deep stretches will allow the body time to receive true benefits while keeping the breath engaged. Flowing through poses awakening the body will calm your spirit and have you ready to take on the rest of the day. (Beginner friendly)
