About the event
Come and join us for a night of deep healing! This sound bath is created for a small group of people so that we can dive even deeper into the healing space.
This will be a great opportunity to experience a more intimate sound healing with a group of like-minded individuals who have the same strong healing intentions. We will begin with a cacao ceremony to ground in our intentions, then we will be led through a guided meditation to prepare our bodies for sound immersion. Trinity uses chimes, crystal bowls, and other instruments to calm and rejuvinate the mind, body, and soul.
This is a 5 person class, reservation required.
