Full Day Retreat II

Wake up with Mindful Gentle Stretch Yoga with Laura Brooke, our specialist in Mental, Physical, and Emotional Connection through Yoga.  You will then experience Tapping, Meditation, Breathwork, and Sound Immersion in our Healing Circle with Holistic Health Practitioner Delight Davis and Sound Expert Johnny Ricker.  A Delicious and Healthy Lunch will then be offered followed by your Choice of Two of the Following (there are three openings for each so this is first come, first served); 

• Acupuncture                    
• One-On-One Thai Yoga Session
• Facial Massage/Watermelon Anti-Aging Treatment

• Chakra Balance
• Tapping & Breathwork lesson

Wind down and find your balance with Travis Vega of "Chak Energy" as he teaches you to Access Awareness and Positively Manipulate your Chakra Energy through Manual and Physical Movement. The discovery of Quantum Healing Melissa Saubers will be one that you will want to share and repeat. When we combine Melissa's Meditation with a Live Sound Immersion by Trinity Ball the result can only be described as Heavenly.
