Full Day Retreat

Wake up with Mindful Gentle Stretch Yoga with Liv Hill, our specialist in Mental, Physical, and Emotional Connection through Yoga.  You will then experience Tapping, Meditation, Breathwork, and Sound Immersion in our Healing Circle with Holistic Health Practitioner Delight Davis and Sound Expert Johnny Ricker.  A Delicious and Healthy Lunch will then be offered followed by your Choice of Two of the Following;

Wind down in a truly amazing Energy Healing Demonstration with the internationally acclaimed Intuitive Healer Cathleen Miller, followed by Travis Vega of "Chak Energy" as he teaches you to Access Awareness and Positively Manipulate your Chakra Energy through Manual and Physical Movement.  The discovery of Yoga Nidra with Veronica Robertson will be one that you will want to share and repeat.  When we combine Veronica's Nidra with a Live Sound Immersion by Delight Davis and Johnny Ricker the result can only be described as Heavenly.  We will send you Home in Total Bliss!
