About the event
Each class is focused on increasing self-awareness, spacial awareness, positive attitude, kindness, and making sure they have the most important thing - Fun through the JOY OF MOVEMENT! Our Movement classes are motion-based and consist of a variety of activities, from dance to yoga to freestyle and more, designed to enhance Creative Expression combined with Self-Calming and Breathing techniques that can be utilized at home as well. The price of $80 is for the series of 4 classes.
